The Wisconsin State Reading Association will offer five Wisconsin undergraduate college/university students scholarships to the WSRA Convention to be held in Milwaukee each February. Each scholarship will provide full, 3-day convention registration fees, lodging (Thursday and Friday nights provided the recipient is willing to share a room with another recipient), and recognition at a reception at the convention.

- demonstrate an interest in reading and involvement in promoting reading
- secure a statement of nomination from a local council member, zone coordinator, or university reading/language arts instructor documenting involvement or commitment to reading education
- agree in advance to share a portion of the knowledge gained with the sponsor or sponsoring organization

See your local council president or university WSRA representative for information about the Convention workshops, sectional topics, and keynote speakers.
