The Bylaws Committee is the committee which oversees the operations of the WSRA. We constantly update our Bylaws document, which is the constitution of our organization. It is the individual handbooks that provide the functional information, including the job descriptions for the officers and appointed positions. They also provide a framework for the general functioning of the committees.
