Please fill in the information and submit the form. All fields of the form are required. Once the form has been submitted successfully, you will taken to a confirmation page with the information you supplied. PRINT THE CONFIRMATION PAGE AND MAIL IT WITH YOUR PAYMENT OF $20.00 PER PERSON (payable to WSRA) to:

You will not be registered until the confirmation and check have been received.

Adults also pay the registration fee and attend with the children. Please note - no children under the second grade may attend the Young Readers Conference. Also, please include first and last names for all participants.

Registration deadline is December 15 and is limited to the first 400.
