Complete the AFRICAN AMERICAN READ-IN CHAIN HOST REPORT CARD found in the white book. Please print this form and make a copy of the report card before you mail it to IRA by February 28. Attach the copy to this WSRA form and mail it to your Zone Coordinator by March 1 .
