Meet us at the Crossroads

Text can provide opportunities for learners to better understand themselves and the worlds they live in; texts can also serve as opportunities to experience ways of being in the world that learners do not yet know about. Participants in this interactive session will apply criteria to evaluate representation and diversity in text in order to intentionally engage learners with texts that serve as both windows and mirrors.
