  Program: Digital Tools for Enhancing Reading presented by Keith Schroeder

  Optional meal choices: 

  • $10 - Pickle Sammich (Keto Friendly): A cored out kosher dill stuffed with smoked turkey, salty prosciutto ham, bacon, pepper jack, ranch, chipotle mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Served with roasted honey pecans and quinoa
  • $10 - Crunchy Cucumber, Feta, and Almond Salad (Vegetarian): Romain lettuce, cucumbers, Mandarin oranges, feta, roasted almonds drizzled with a Dijon white wine Vinaigrette served with garlic bread
  • $10 - Philly and Bacon Wrap (Meat Lovers): Slow roasted beef , cooked with onions, mushrooms, bell peppers tossed with beer cheese, cheddar, Asiago, sun-dried tomato, wrapped in a garden tortilla served with BBQ Pulled Pork Mac.
  • $10 Rice Noodle Stir Fry (Gluten Free): Hey Hey Rice stick noodles Fried with carrots, Bok choy, onion, local mushrooms, ginger, red pepper flakes, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and hoisin. Served with one fried spring roll filled with cabbage and pork. If you would like to add chicken or shrimp, it is an additional $2.00
  • All meals include a bottled water. Soda, tea, beer, and wine will be available for purchase.
